Frequently Asked Questions

Your quick guide to refurbished systems, payments, repairs, and warranties.

What is a refurbished computer or laptop?

A refurbished laptop or computer is a previously used system that has undergone thorough quality and reliability checks. Parts such as batteries, screens, and keyboards are tested, and replaced if necessary, to ensure they perform comparably to new hardware.

Are refurbished computers and laptops reliable?

Yes. All units are tested extensively and supplied in good working condition. We provide a 30-day hardware warranty for peace of mind. Failures are rare, but in the event of one, you are covered.

How do I purchase a system?

Email us with the item you’d like to purchase. We’ll provide payment details, and once payment is received, your order will be dispatched with a tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and bank transfer, ensuring all transactions are secure.

How are goods shipped and what are the delivery times?

Once payment clears, goods are carefully packed and shipped promptly using trusted couriers such as DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail. UK delivery typically takes 24–48 hours.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers hardware failures caused by system faults. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, user-caused software issues, or misuse.

How do I get a repair quote?

Send us an image of the fault, along with the make, model, and a detailed description. We’ll review the information and provide a quote.

What is the repair time frame?

We aim to return systems as quickly as possible. Turnaround depends on parts availability and the complexity of the fault, but we always keep you updated.

Do you offer call-outs?

Yes, depending on location. Currently available across Leicestershire (previously Stourbridge), and may include a call-out fee.

Can I drop off my faulty unit?

Yes. Please contact us first to arrange a convenient time and confirm the address.
